Where do you post to?
We post anywhere within New Zealand. Postage costs are calculated during Checkout.

How long does postage take?
For North Island 1-2 business days.
For South Island and rural delivery 3-4 business days.
How do i redeem a coupon?
Your coupon can be redeemed during Checkout. Enter your code in the Coupon Code text-box and your discount will be automatically applied to your items.
I placed an order but still did not receive my merchandise.
Please check with the postage company and enter the track & trace number you received in an email confirming your purchase.

I used the carriers online tracking system and it found no record of my order.
Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to register in the system. If there is still no record 24 hours after receiving your tracking number, please contact: support@nerdsinnappies.co.nz
How often is your item availability updated?
We endeavor to keep all our stock updated continuously. If an item is out of stock, you can request it by adding it to your wishlist or contact: sales@nerdsinnappies.co.nz
How do I contact the carrier who will deliver to me?
